Gambling should stay entertainment. Set a budget before you play, never chase losses and never stake money you cannot afford to lose. Only adults over 18 can play with us.

Deposit limits

You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits, and combine them. Ask our support team from the e-mail address registered to your account, naming the payment method, the amount and the period. A locked limit cannot be raised until its period ends, but it can always be lowered. Crypto deposits cannot be fully covered by limits, so choose another payment method if you want a firm cap.

Taking a break

A cool-off period puts your account on hold for one day, one week, one month, one year or with no end date. A break for a set period cannot be ended early. An open-ended break lasts at least 24 hours.

Self-exclusion

You can exclude yourself for a period of your choice or permanently. While it runs, you cannot log in or play and we stop sending you offers. If you tell us you fear you are developing a gambling problem, the exclusion is permanent and the account cannot be reopened.

Extra protection

Blocking software such as Gamban stops access to gambling sites on your computer or phone.
