About these rules

By opening an account you accept our general terms, together with our privacy policy and the rules of each promotion. If the general terms change, we announce it at least two weeks before the new version takes effect, and you may stop using our services before then.

Who can play

You must be over 18, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age, and online casino play must be legal in your country. Players from Australia cannot play with us for real money and cannot redeem or withdraw welcome, no deposit or match bonuses. Proof of age can be requested whenever we need it.

Your account

• One account per player. If we find more than one, winnings are void and we may close every account involved.
• Register with your real details and keep your e-mail address and phone number up to date.
• Never let anyone else, including minors, use your account.
• You can close your account at any time by e-mail to our support team. Any remaining balance of at least $50 is paid back after the usual checks.

Checking who you are

Before your first withdrawal, and at random times afterwards, we may ask for a photo ID, a selfie holding it, proof of address and pictures of the cards you deposit with. A check can take up to 7 days. If documents are not sent, we may pause or close the account.

Deposits and withdrawals

• Each deposit made without a bonus has to be played through once before a withdrawal.
• Withdrawals go back to the method you deposited with where possible. The minimum withdrawal is $50.
• Daily and weekly withdrawal limits depend on your VIP class. Amounts above the limit are paid on the following days or weeks.
• One instant withdrawal a day is available after a crypto deposit.
• A withdrawal from a no deposit bonus needs a verification deposit first if you have never deposited.

Bonuses

• One promotion per player, household, address, phone number, card and device.
• Your balance must be below $1 before you claim a coupon or make a new deposit with a bonus.
• Deposit bonuses are for play only and cannot be cashed out on their own.
• After wagering, any balance above the maximum cashout of the offer is removed.
• Wagering is not counted for the 777 slot, for table games such as baccarat, craps, roulette, sic bo and pontoon blackjack, or for Live Dealer games.

Fair play

Bots, collusion, syndicate play and other ways of gaining an unfair advantage are not allowed. In those cases we may suspend the account, cancel bonuses and keep the winnings.
